Dry:
1/2 cup white Spelt flour
1/2 cup white Kamut flour
1/2 cup Teff flour
1/2 cup date sugar
Pinch clove
1 1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 cup chopped walnuts

Wet:
8 ripe baby bananas mashed
1 key lime juice
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup agave
1 tbsp sea moss gel
1 1/4 cup sparkling water
2 tbsp whipped aquafaba

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Whisk together all dry ingredients except walnuts.
3. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients until fully combined.
3. Fold wet into dry.
4. Add batter to bread pan. Top with walnuts. Bake for 38-42 minutes. Allow to cool. Enjoy.
